What are radio indications for urgent surgery?

A. Bowel distention with obstruction, if diameter of cecum is more than 10 cm, this is a bad prognosis with risk of perforation b. Free extravasation of contrast inside the peritoneum c. Space-occupying lesion on scan(bigmass) , with fever d. Mesenteric occlusion on angiography (artery should be opened via laparotomy or else, mesenteric infarction will occur) e. Pneumoperitoneum (free air inside the peritoneum) C. Endoscopic findings: Perforated or uncontrollable bleeding
