What qualifies an accident as reportable?

1.) Serious Injury to any person or any loss of consciousness (Level 3 or higher on the AIS) 2.) Damage to any property, other than the sUA, if the cost is greater than $500 to repair or replace the property (whichever is lower) Note: both the fair market value and the repair cost have to be greater than $500 for the incident to be reportable
