Pregunta:
Why are there no seatbelts on trains?
Autor: Steven WilsonRespuesta:
Restraints reduce the surface area of imapct so increases the stress on a localised area, so increases risk of injury. A lack of restraint allows the force to be spread over a larger area. Also adding seatbelts means seats need to be stiffened, so increases cost.
