Produce a very stable mRNA of a lethal membrane protein. Produces ncRNA which binds to mRNA to prevent the lethal protein transcription. if plasmid in daughter cell, then continue repress lethal mRNA. If plasmid isn't present, then the lethal protein gets translated, cell death.
