Granulomatous disease involving lung, skin cardiac, joint and eyes. Lung: 90% with sx: bilateral hailar adenopathy presents with cough, dyspnea, chest pain. Skin: Erythema nodosum, Eyes: dry eyes, viousla changes Cardiac: palpitation , syncope, fatigue, fever, wt loss.
