Origin: Spine and Acromion Process of Scapula and Lateral Clavicle Insertion: Deltoid Tuberosity Action: Abducts, flexes, and extends, medially and laterally rotates humerus at shoulder (Literally everything BUT adducts) Innervation: Axillary Nerve (major nerve of the Brachial Plexus)
