How is presentation of allergic reactions?
Autor: H KRespuesta:
Allergic reactions (IgE-mediated reactions ) can occur as; Immediate reactions, late-phase reactions, or chronic allergic inflammation ➢ Type I is first and fast. Once the mast cells and/or basophils have released their chemicals, the allergic reaction occurs rather quickly. This part of the reaction is called the immediate reaction. ➢ Responses usually occur within 15-30’ from the time of exposure to the antigen but can be extremely quick (within minutes) and dramatic as in anaphylaxis
