CLASSIFICATION Type I: Ulcer in lesser curvature at incisura angularis. (Most common location) Type II: Simultaneous gastric and duodenal ulcer. Type III: Prepyloric ulcer. Type IV: Ulcer in gastric cardia. Type V: Medication-induced (NSAID/acetylsalicylic acid): anywhere in stomach.
