What are clinical features of AML due to bone marrow failure?

1. Fatigue due to anemia - pallor, lethargy, dyspnea 2. Bleeding manifestations- due to thrombocytopenia causing spontaneous bruises, petechiae, gum bleeding, epistaxis 3. Infections - mouth, throat, skin, respiratory, perianal 4. Fever - due to infections/leukemic process
