How is jaundice associated w/abdominal pain?

If the jaundice is associated with pain and fever ? we must think about: - Infectious hepatitis, - Cholangitis or angiocholitis: an inflammation of the common bile duct due to an obstruction by calculi that originate from the gallbladder. These calculi can’t cross the ampulla of Vater (they can’t go to the duodenum), but they can go to the pancreas causing pancreatitis
