SCN (30%, Females, 60 yrs, head of pancreas, extremely rare malignancy , associated w/VHL, asymptomatic unless large, nonsepcific endoscopy, single, spongy round well circumscribed, thin wall, cuboidal cell w/glycogen rich cytoplasm, abscent PD communication) MCN (50%, Females, age 40-50, pancreas body, malignant 40%, 60% sx, macrocysts filled w/mucus septum thick wall, tall columnar cells, abscent PD communication) IPMN (17%, males, elderly>65, head, 75% malignant, ass w/CRC, stomach, other cancers, sx pancreatitis 40% and 60% asx, endoscopy shows bulgin ampulla/mucin extrution similar to MCN histology, PD communication is present)
