Treatment: Monitor in infants Operate if doesn’t resolve after 12 to 18 months of age Aspiration is contraindicated Surgical treatment : Inguinal approach if communicating hydrocele or if presence of tumor Otherwise: scrotal approach: hydrocelectomy
