How is multimodality therapy of RCC?

Include (1) initial adjuvant nephrectomy followed by immunotherapy or targeted therapy , (2) initial immunotherapy followed by adjuvant nephrectomy for responders, and (3) nephrectomy and immunotherapyand/or targeted therapy followed by resection of residual or recurrent metastatic lesions.
