LIPITOR Liver effects, increased blood sugar, pain (muscles), impaired memory, tiredness/fatigue, others (headache, nausea), Rhabdomyolysis Common ones are GI discomfort, headcahe, diarrhea, fatigue, nausea. Serious are dose related hepatotoxicity elevated AST/ALT, myopathy and rhabdomyolysis.
