Acebutolol and Pindolol, have ISA, stimulate beta receptors and inhibit stimulation by more potent catecholamines, much diminished effect than beta blockers w/out ISA, decrease metabolic effect minimize disturbances Therapeutic uses (HTA w/bradycardia, HTA in diabetic)
