Topical mupirocin ointment or fucidic acid (as effective as oral Abx if localized lesion and healthy pt w/no outbreak, otherwise use Abx) Disinfection (70% alcohol bactericidal) Oral Abx (when extensive or affecting several people (close contact, most important is clindamycin)
