Clinical, bacterio exam (complicated cases, resistant, abnormal) Basic lesion/clinical aspect (bubble fragile pustule breakup honey crust, may result in polycyclic circumferential contours) Classic location (children around mouth and all areas may be affected, general condition preserved, no fever and possible satellite lymph node)
