RF (Chronic inflammation of valve leaflets lead to thickening and fibrosis and calcification, commissures fuse, chorodae tendenae fuse, become rigid, and lead to narrowing at apex of the funnel-shaped, calcification immobilizes the leaflets and narrows the orifice.
