Indicated if we see decompensated liver cirrhosis (hypoalbuminemia, coagulopathy, variceal bleed, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy. 5-year survival 90%, positive autoantibodies disappear w/in 2 years, recurrence could occur post transplant for HLA DR3 +)
