For females: 20-40 g/day for males:60-80 g/day for over 10 years But may differ among individuals (only 10% of alcoholics will develop liver cirrhosis (acc to genetics, obesity (causing NASH), past hx, medications...) This quantity of alcohol intake is 1 L of wine or 8 beers.
