Junk vehicle exceptions

Veh is completely enclosed in a building or enclosure and is not visible from any public or private property. OR oen that is stored in a lawful manner on private property in connection with a business of a licensed dealer/junkyard OR special interest veh stored by motor veh collector on collectors property as long as maintained in orderly manner, not a health hazard and is screened from public view
