TIR1

Is an F-box protein, part of the SCF^TIR1 ubiquitin ligase complex. TIR1 forms a coreceptor complex with Aux/IAA proteins which are inhibitors of downstream responses. TIR1 targets AUX/IAA proteins for ubiquitination and degradation by the proteasome.
