Et aktiv en virksomhed har kontrol over. Der findes håndgribelige og uhåndgribelige ressourcer. Der findes 4 forskellige slags ressourcer. - Financial (capital, cash, financial performance and investments, …) - Physical (land, buildings, machinery, raw materials, …) - Human (training, experience, intelligence, … of the individual employee) - Organizational (formal/informal systems, culture, brand, patents, …)
