Procedure

1. Immediate spin  Drops (px serum) + 1 drop (panel cells) 2. Incubation Phase  2 drops of LISS  Incubate for 10-15 mins 3. AHG phase  Wash the red cell (3X)  2 drops of AHG after washing 4. Check Cells  Confirms true negative
