Why is the Temperature of the Earth as it is?

-This Temperature is simply Balancing the Energy we Get from the Sun, how much is Radiated Back out to Space [Reflected] and then how much is Radiated Back, heating us Up -Majority of Sun's Energy is Absorbed by the Earth or the Gases
