Numbness. Stiffness or drawing sensation of the face. Unilateral weakness of the facial muscles. Loss of taste. Altered chewing ablilty, reduction of saliva on the affected side, pain being the ear on the affected side, and ringing in the ear or other hearing loss. Face appears asymmetric, with drooping mouth and neck.
