What is the resultant force?

The resultant force is a force that has the same effect as all of the original forces acting together. And the resultant force can be calculated by subtracting the smaller force from the larger force. Although if there is more than one force acting no on the object add all the force going left, and all the forces going right. Then subtract the smaller force from the larger force.
