Using a Charge Rod and some Scraps of Paper, what will happen? and Why?

-The Small papers will try to Jump towards the Rod -This is because the Rod will push the Electrons away [Negative Charged] or pull the Electrons [Positively Charged] towards the Rod -Remember, Protons can not be moved, so if it was a Negative Charge, the Electrons would repel away [go to the Other side of the Paper]
