Treatment for MI?

• GTN – begin with this – sparys SL • Aspirin – antiplatelet – 300mg • IV morphine • Oxygen if Spo2 <93%ra – below 93 then should give – if pt is not short of breath don’t give it • Fibrinolysis – used for stemi who cant make hospital within 90 mins. High risk
