Explain the mechanisms of inhibition of B cell function by excess antibodies through Fc receptors?

Receptor FcgRIIB shuts down antibody production by B cells and decrease inflammation when activated on macrophages and dendritic cells. Injecting IgG has anti-inflammatory effect (IVIG=intravenous immune globulin).
