stats not displaying properly

Since January 1, 2024, the stats aren't displaying properly. For example if you want to see your XPs and error percentage over the last week, month, or more in table or graph format, the website does not display them. As far as I know this problem started around the end of December 2023 and continues since.

To add to the above: Stats for dates after Jan 1 aren't showing in table form even if you ask the website to display stats for a month or more.
Can anyone tell me if there is any point in posting to point out bugs, errors, etc. when those who run the website don't care to respond or set the problem right? I think there should be a way of reaching out to the website administrators so that improvements can be made and bugs/errors eliminated. After all, all systems improve through feedback loops. Here, I see that pointing something out is like shouting into an empty well.
This excellent, free website is indeed of great help to learners and those dedicated to self-learning. But please do listen up and respond to the genuine problems faced by regular users. It will only take your website to greater heights and make it more useful and usable.
